What you actually do
A shop, a clinic, a school, a courier, an agency running this for clients — it decides which half of the answer is relevant to you.
Most questions already have a page that answers them faster than a reply can. Start with the right one — the form below is for what is genuinely left.
Nearly everyone who opens this page is after one of these. Each link is a page that already holds the answer, so you are not waiting on a reply to find out whether QuickGrow fits.
A message that says only “tell me about your pricing” takes two rounds before it becomes useful. These four things let the first reply be the real one.

Email, SMS, WhatsApp, or some mix. SMS volume is bought as branded-sender or plain; WhatsApp is priced by Meta’s template categories. The answer differs per channel.
A rough number is fine. Volume is what decides how much of the platform fee is waived, so without it any figure we give back is a guess.
Bring your own SMTP, SMS gateway or WhatsApp number and you pay the platform fee only. Use ours and the sums work out differently.
Partner and reseller terms, a security review with questions the security page misses, a pricing case that does not fit the plan builder, or anything else genuinely left over.
No. Sign up, connect a channel and send — the platform is self-serve. Contact is for what the site does not answer: partner and reseller terms, a security review, or a pricing case the plan builder does not settle.
Your own email app opens with the message already written and addressed to [email protected]. Nothing leaves your device until you send it there yourself, and the reply comes back on that same thread. If no mail app opens, copy the address and write to it directly.
Use the support centre instead. It has the knowledge base, live chat and tickets you can track, and a ticket stays attached to your account — an email to the general address does not.
Read the partners page first, because it describes exactly what the Partner API can do. Then tell us how many client accounts you expect to run, which channels they need, and whether you want to bill them yourself. Commercial terms are not published, so that part happens by email.
Start with the security page — per-brand data separation enforced in the database, encryption at rest, the audit trail, retention rules, right to erasure and message evidence are described there. Send the specific questions it does not cover rather than the whole document.
We do not publish one. Email is the route for sales, partnership and pricing questions, and the support centre — including live chat — is the route for anything to do with an existing account.
Create an account, connect email, SMS or WhatsApp, and send. The form stays here for the questions a page cannot answer.
Run every channel from one platform. Bring your own SMTP, SMS gateway, and WhatsApp number — or use ours.
