What happens when you send one
- 1
Pick a department
General, Billing, Technical or Domains. It decides who reads it first, so choose the closest one rather than the most urgent-sounding one.
- 2
Describe what you tried
The campaign, contact or invoice you were looking at, what you expected, and what happened instead. Specifics save a round trip.
- 3
Follow it by status
A ticket opens as Open, becomes In progress once someone is on it, and shows Waiting on you when we have asked you something. Resolved and Closed end the thread.
- 4
Reply in the thread
Everything stays in one place, so you never have to re-explain the problem to the next person who reads it.
No account yet? You can still open a ticket. We reply to the email address you give us, and you get a private link to the thread — keep it, because it is the only way back in without signing in.
