The more you send, the smaller the fee.
One monthly platform fee. Every unit of managed email or SMS you buy takes it down: enough halves it, and more removes it. Bring your own provider on any channel and pay the fee only.
Start with the platform fee
One monthly platform fee covers the whole product — inbox, CRM, contacts, automations, campaigns and reports. No feature is locked away, and contacts are never metered.
Add the channels you want us to run
Each channel has a slider: Email, SMS Non-Masking and Masking, WhatsApp Utility, Authentication and Marketing. Set a monthly volume from zero to 50 lakh messages, or leave it at zero and connect your own provider for that channel.
The more you send, the less each message costs
The price per message falls as the monthly volume rises. Drag a slider and the builder shows the rate at every step, in your currency, before tax.
Or waive the fee altogether
Every unit of managed email or SMS you buy counts against the platform fee. WhatsApp counts by its markup share only, because Meta's per-message fee is not ours. Enough managed spend halves the fee, and more removes it entirely. A longer term then discounts the fee and the volume on separate ladders.
The whole product comes with the platform fee
Volume is the only thing you choose. No feature is held back for a bigger plan, and no seat count limits your team.
In every plan, whatever you buy
- One shared inbox for every channel, and a CRM with deals, pipeline and quotes
- Multi-step automations with real triggers, conditions and delays
- Campaign reports, funnels, engagement heatmaps and channel comparison
No higher tier to unlock
- Landing pages, forms and popups — with A/B tests and conversion tracking
- A loyalty programme with points, tiers, rewards and a leaderboard
- Developer API and SDKs, plus a partner API for client accounts
How your volume behaves
- Contacts are not metered — you are billed on messages, not list size
- SMS Non-Masking and Masking each have their own slider and their own per-message price
- We email you at 80% of a volume, and again when you reach it
Already have an SMTP server or SMS gateway? Keep it.
Connect your own SMTP, your own SMS gateway or your own WhatsApp number and that channel sends over your infrastructure — you pay the platform fee and nothing more. It is per channel, so you can run your own email while we run your SMS, and switch either way later.
| Bring your own | Managed volume | |
|---|---|---|
| What you pay each month | The platform fee, nothing else | Your volume, plus whatever is left of the fee |
| Who sends the messages | Your SMTP, gateway or WhatsApp number | We do — setup, deliverability and support included |
| Brings the platform fee down | No | Yes |
| Where the message cost sits | On your provider bill | On your QuickGrow AI invoice |
The questions that usually come next
What happens when I use up my monthly volume?
For Email and SMS, sends beyond your volume are billed at the base per-message rate from your prepaid wallet. The base rate is the top of the ladder, so buying the volume up front is the better deal. You get an email at 80% of a volume and another when you reach it. WhatsApp has no QuickGrow volume or wallet — Meta bills you directly for every message, at Meta's own rate, with zero markup from us.
How does the platform fee actually reach zero?
Managed spend melts it. Every unit of managed email or SMS volume counts in full; WhatsApp counts only by its markup share, because Meta's per-message fee is not ours. Enough managed spend a month halves the fee, and a bit more removes it. The waiver ramps between the two.
I already have an SMS gateway or an SMTP server. Can I keep using it?
Yes. Save your own credentials and that channel sends over your infrastructure for the platform fee alone. It is per channel, so we can run your SMS while you run your email, and you can switch a channel back to managed sending later.
Build the plan you actually need
Move the sliders in the builder before you decide — more volume brings the price per message and the platform fee down together. When a launch offer is running, the banner in the builder shows it. Refer another business and you both earn credit.
